I have done some research and plan on doing another teaspoon full of salt in my water tomorrow morning as well as trying these exercises that I have also found.
The hunger pangs were not so bad today, I kept them at bay by drinking my lemonade whenever possible. I have also figured out that the trick to not having cravings for foods is to get out of the house and/or keep yourself busy and your mind occupied. Whenever I'm in my house the thought of food goes up 100%.
No headaches for me yet! I'm very excited about this aspect because I have heard that sometimes head aches can be quite unbearable. I am not a caffeine person however, so maybe that is why.
One strange thing did happen to me today, I was doing laundry around 4:00 pm and all of a sudden felt a little loopy, like I had a few drinks. Not sure what that was about but it only lasted about 20 minutes.
As promised I have attached some pictures of my face to show you my skin. Hopefully it will clear up by the end of day 10!!
